Yes — full UK coverage including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery 5-10 working days from approved artwork.
How does VAT work?
UK VAT-registered cafés can be invoiced under the EU intra-community reverse charge mechanism (zero-rated supply, you account for VAT in the UK return). Provide your VAT number at checkout. Without a VAT number, prices are net plus standard VAT.
What about Northern Ireland cafés?
Delivery to NI under the Windsor Framework with full EU origin documentation. Lead times match mainland UK.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 5-10 working days from approved artwork. Express runs available with surcharge. Shipping adds 2-4 days to the UK.
Are LED neons safe in food-and-drink environments?
Yes. 12 V or 24 V CE-certified low-voltage drivers, surface temperature typically 30-35 °C, no UV emission, no buzzing. Suitable for behind-counter and customer-facing use.
Can you do outdoor signs and pavement boards?
Yes. IP65-rated outdoor housings, projecting signs, illuminated free-standing menu cabinets and lockable A-boards. Note local council pavement licence rules vary.
What is the warranty?
2-3 year warranty on LED modules and drivers. IP65 outdoor housings warranted against water ingress.
